Can I accept American Express?
Yes. All our Card Machines support American Express. To enable this feature, please supply your American Express Merchant ID to your sales contact or our Support Team, who'll then apply and guide you through the update and American Express functionality on your Card Machine.
Can I accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay?
Our Card Machines accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay as standard. If you're experiencing issues accepting transactions using these methods, it's most likely due to exceeding the cardholder's limits. If there are continuous declines with these payment methods, you may have to get in touch with our Support Team so they can investigate this further for you.
What are the card payment types you support?
Our Card Machines accept transactions from Visa, MasterCard and American Express
Can I take payments over the phone or by email?
We support Payments over the Phone and Email (also known as Mail Order, Telephone Order or MOTO) as standard on all devices. However, your merchant service agreement may need to be adjusted to enable this feature. Don't hesitate to contact our Support Team to arrange this service if required.
Can I accept gratuities or offer cashback?
We support Gratuities and Cashback features on our devices. However, these features are not defaulted, so please get in touch with our Support Team to arrange for this service if required.
Can I process pre-authorisations and completions?
Pre-Authorisation and Completion transaction types are available on a limited number of our products and services. Please get in touch with our Support Team, and we will be happy to provide you with assistance to get these enabled.
How do I add Payment Over the Phone functionality?
