From Go to PRO: How we’re evolving our axept® Go offering
Payment terminal software is something we take very (very) seriously here at DNA Payments, which is why we’re now rolling out a series of upgrades to our axept® Go software.

axept Go is our legacy terminal software, so we’re now rolling out an upgrade to bring axept Go in line with our industry-leading axept® PRO solution. It’s a big milestone for us, giving our axept Go customers a better experience and all the new features we’re launching for our merchants.  


Among the new functionality that this upgrade will bring to users are:  


  • Updated user interface with a more intuitive and easy-to-use system. 

  • Wi-Fi>SIM Failover – This is a fail-safe feature designed to ensure uninterrupted transactions. It allows axept PRO to fall back onto mobile data from Wi-Fi, if an initial transaction attempt fails due to a comms timeout. This is key for business continuity and something we’re very excited to offer to more merchants. 

  • APN Settings Wizard – Improves the efficiency for supporting and reapplying cellular network settings on your terminal  

  • Receipt Reprint is now available as an option when a terminal is out of paper. 

  • Transaction History can now be hidden in the UI within axept Go 


axept PRO users will recognise many of these features already - expanding access to axept Go users is a natural next step for us.
