Payment has been declined; why has this happened?
There are various reasons your payment has been declined, all related to your buyer's card issuer's behaviour. These include lack of funds, expired cards, restricted online payments or failed 3D verification. Our Merchant Portal will provide you with a description of each declined transaction. Please get in touch with our Support Team or your account manager if you think the transaction has been declined due to a technical issue.
How are 3D Secure payments processed?
Our 3D Secure payment works to protect your customers' transactions. If anything suspicious is picked up, it'll get the bank card issuer to redirect the customer to a page with additional verification where it'll request the customer to provide a PIN and password. It also protects you as a merchant, guaranteeing the payment from the actual customer and reducing fraud.
