Payment has been declined; why has this happened?
There are various reasons your payment has been declined, which are all related to your buyer's card issuer behaviour. These can include lack of funds, expired card, restricted online payments or failed 3D verification. Our Merchant Portal will provide you with a description to each declined transaction. If you think the transaction has being declined due to technical issue, please get in touch with our Support Team or contact your account manager.
How are 3D Secure payments processed?
Our 3D Secure payment works to protect your customers' transactions. If anything suspicious is picked up, it'll get the bank card issuer to redirect the customer to a page with additional verification where it'll request the customer to provide a PIN and password. It also protects you as a merchant, guaranteeing the payment from the actual customer and reducing fraud.
